Due to the sheer breadth of the subject matter, the original Modeler’s Guide to the Sherman was planned to be split into multiple volumes under the banner of “Son of Sherman.” The first volume covers the design and development of the M4 tank during the Second World War. The planned subsequent books were continue the examination of the technical and operational use of the venerable Sherman tank. However, to date Ampersand has not released any of the follow up works.
