The widow gives all she has to God in this retelling of Mark 12:41-44 and Luke 21:1-4.

One day at the temple, Jesus watched the people giving their offerings to God. Though many rich men were putting large sums into the plate, Jesus pointed out a poor widow. She had almost nothing, so she put just two coins in the plate. Even though she gave less than a penny, Jesus praised her generosity over the men who gave much and had much more to give.
