Palletized Load System PLS / Logistics Vehicle System VLS
The backbone of the vehicle fleet of the U.S. Army are the HEMTT heavy all-terrain trucks. The U.S.M.C. introduced its own fleet of similar heavy trucks called the Logistic Vehicle System - LVS, the U.S. Army later fielded the Palletized Load System - PLS. After the HEMTT truck family has been covered in detail in American Special N° 3003 and N°3004, this is the final part of the HEMTT trilogy.
