Mary Magdalene was a loyal follower of Jesus. She was with Him throughout His journey until His death on the cross. On Easter morning, Mary went to visit the tomb, but found the stone rolled away. Jesus was alive! Mary was filled with joy and ran to tell the disciples that the Son of God had risen from the dead.
