God tests Abraham’s faith by asking him to sacrifice his only son, based on Genesis 12:1-22:19.

God blessed Abraham and Sarah with a son, despite Sarah being too old to have kids. God told Abraham to bring Isaac up a mountain and sacrifice him as a test. Instead of sacrificing Isaac, God sent Abraham a ram to take his place. Sometimes God sends us tests in our lives, but He is always there to guide us just like He was with Abraham.
