In Judges 6:1-7:25, God uses Gideon to defeat the Midianites.

Though God delivered the Israelites in Canaan, they soon forgot all He did for them. Yet, when the Israelites were being attacked by the Midianites, they prayed to God for help. God used a man named Gideon to lead the Israelite army against the Midianites.
