A man named Jairus comes to Jesus for help when his twelve-year-old daughter is sick. On the way to his house, he is stopped and told his daughter died. Yet, Jesus reassures that she will be well; she is just sleeping. Jesus holds the girl's hand, commands her to rise, and she is alive and well again!
