How would a war between NATO and the Warsaw Pact have ended? A conventional clash of the titans or an all-out nuclear confrontation? The REFORGER series of exercises trained these scenarios on large scale on German soil. This three-volume publication grants for the first time a broad overview over the REFORGER exercises 1969 to 1993 with a detailed description of the exercises in combination with a selection of representative hitherto unpublished photos of the involded U.S. Army vehicles.
